Disability Action Coalition 12th Annual Disability Capitol Action Day. DCAD is one of the nation’s largest and most diverse days of cross disability unity and action. Each year the Disability Action Coalition provides lunches to the first 1000 people who register. We will open registration for the next DCAD in the spring of 2015.
