Virtual Conference 2016
This year AHG will again stream sessions from all 5 days of the conference, one track during the pre-conference and two tracks during the main conference.
Agenda - The agenda for the virtual conference is to be determined, partly by feedback from those planning to participate. A poll will be issued shortly to obtain your feedback.
Taped-Sessions Add-on - This year we will again tape 14 additional sessions that are not being streamed live. Select this as an add-on if you wish to watch these sessions after the conference.
Logistics and Other Information
-
Time Zone: all times are in Mountain Time.
-
Access All or Part of the Agenda: There is 1 virtual track during the pre-conference and 2 during the main conference. The pricing and sessions included for the various registration options are listed below.
-
Post Conference Viewing: All sessions will be video-taped, captioned and posted on the conference site for later viewing for at least a year. You’ll have access to any sessions included in your original ticket options and can watch them as many times as you like.
-
Virtual Labs: a few of the streamed sessions may be labs. If so, we will send out information ahead of the event so that off-site attendees can obtain the software and files to follow along from their location. We’ll do our best to provide support during the labs but make no guarantee of your ability to keep up with the pace of the class.
-
Specific Agenda: the specific sessions for the virtual conference will be determined by polling of planned attendees along with other factors.
