American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) Annual Meeting 2018

Description: The AAIDD Annual Meeting is two full days of educational sessions, exhibits, poster presentations, and networking events. There are also optional  half-day pre and post conference sessions. Our Annual Meeting provides researchers, clinicians, practitioners, educators, policymakers, local, state and federal agencies, and advocates with cutting edge research, effective practices, and valuable information on important policy initiatives.

• Registration opens March 6, 2018

• *The general registration fee entitles you to attend all AAIDD Annual Meeting sessions and events held on Tuesday, 6/26 and Wednesday, 6/27.

• **Pre and Post conference sessions are 3 hours sessions held on Monday, 6/25 and are optional.

• AAIDD Corporate Members- If your organization is a Corporate member, you'll get 20% discount on registration fees for employees at AAIDD annual meetings.  For more information, contact Corinne Carpenter.

• All meeting activities will take place at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown St. Louis within walking distance to the Gateway Arch, museums, restaurants and entertainment.

• Discounted Group Rate: $159 single/double per night plus taxes

• The deadline for reservations at the discounted rate is June 1, 2018
