This session will outline Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coverage of state and local governments (Title II) and various types of private businesses (Title III), how these titles address access to goods and services offered to the public in existing buildings, and how the ADA Standards are applied to alterations and barrier removal activities.
Mid-Atlantic ADA Center Project Specialist, Nancy Horton will present this session and answer your questions.
