Description: Disability rights advocates and supporters gather to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Mark Johnson, Director of Advocacy for the Shepherd Center will serve as emcee for the evening’s festivities. Other guest speakers will include Kenneth Holman from Paralyzed Veterans of America and William Nabors, disABILITY LINK board member.
The ADA was, and remains, groundbreaking legislation that has increased access and opportunity for all people with disabilities for the last quarter century and remains a model for countries across the globe.
