Mark the 25th Anniversary of the ADA by joining this audio conference as we listen to representatives of the EEOC and DOJ present an update on their litigation, technical assistance and enforcement efforts over the past year. Participants will have an opportunity to pose questions to the presenters regarding issues in their own workplace or community.

Speakers will include a Representative from the U.S. Department of Justice and a Representative from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

All Sessions are scheduled from 2:00-3:30 p.m. (90 minute sessions) Eastern Time Zone(ET). The program is available in three formats:

•Streaming Audio via the Blackboard Collaborate webinar platform version 12
•Real-time Captioning via the Blackboard Collaborate webinar platform version 12

All sessions will have a written transcript as well as a digital recording of the session archived on this site.

Continuing Education Credits/Certificates

Education credits/certificates are available for many of the sessions. A certificate of attendance is available upon request once actual attendance/participation is documented.  Some of the session are approved for Continuing Education Recognition. Please check the schedule to learn what CE recognitions are available per session.
