Join us for an overview and discussion of a couple of interesting topics that we came across this week regarding an episode on 60 minutes regarding Drive By lawsuits and “Google Lawsuits”. We also came across an interesting and potential requirement by the Ca Tax Allocation Committee which appears to be triggering 11B Public Housing requirements and accessibility upgrades for all projects that receive tax credits even privately owned and operated multi-family built prior to March 13th, 1991 where no new construction, additions or alterations are being proposed. Check out the new ADA Fast Finder tool at www.adafastfinder.com. Paul & Mark also share thoughts on how we go about doing an accessibility evaluation and inspection.
