Description: The Disability Service Professional (DSP) plays a critical role in the advancement of employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The DSP must serve as “bridge builder” between the job seeker/employee and the employer partner, while maintaining the unique role of living in both the service provider and business worlds. This webinar offers the DSP an overview of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and will cover a variety of topics including reasonable accommodation, disclosure, and the updates to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act.
