CASp 101: CERTIFICATION AND PRACTICE
Description:
This 4-hour course highlights significant changes to the DSA Certified Access Specialist (CASp) Program, with information relevant to the CASp, candidates interested in seeking certification, or individuals who want to find out more about the CASp program.
Recommended for:
•California Licensed Design Professionals: Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Landscape Architects
•Local Building Officials
•Anyone that performs assessments of facilities to determine compliance with applicable construction-related accessibility standards
•Anyone interested in certification as a Certified Access Specialist
Class Includes:
•Professional training materials include a class binder containing the instructors’ presentation, exercises, and resource information. Visual aids and other class-related materials may also be utilized.
•Food and drinks are not included.
Continuing Education:
•4 AIA / CES Learning Units / HSW Credits
•4 units California Architects Board (self-report)
•4 CASp Continuing Education Units (equivalent activity credit)
Note: To receive Continuing Education Units, you are required to attend the entire class.
