EARN Webinar: Spread the Word: Communicating Your Organization’s Commitment to Disability Inclusion

This webinar, hosted by the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN), will explore strategies organizations can use to effectively communicate a commitment to disability inclusion, both externally and internally. Such communication efforts can help maximize a company’s ability to not only attract qualified applicants, but also retain valued employees who may acquire disabilities due to injury, illness or aging. They’re also essential to generating awareness and support for a disability-inclusive culture across an organization, among all levels of staff. Anyone involved in a company’s internal or external communications, including human resources, diversity and inclusion and corporate communications professionals, is encouraged to participate.
