ODEP, in partnership with Getting Hired, will present a webinar on "Tips for Creating a Mental Health Friendly Workplace" on Tuesday, June 12. The webinar will discuss the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion's (EARN) Mental Health Toolkit, with an emphasis on the 4As of mental health inclusion: Awareness, Accommodations, Assistance, and Access. It will focus on understanding mental health and ways to provide an inclusive workplace and will feature examples of accommodations.
