Description: This webinar will preview our newest customer service training resource for frontline employees. If you manage a business, professional office, government office, etc., you know how important it is for frontline staff to provide exemplary customer service to people with disabilities. Our customer service toolkit will help you train your staff by giving them both practical guidance and fundamental principles for appropriate and respectful interactions. The webinar will also be useful to anyone with a general interest in disability awareness topics.

• The Mid-Atlantic ADA Center is not offering continuing education hours and certificates of participation for this session.

• This webinar will be presented via the Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing platform.

• Real-time captioning will be available through the webinar platform.

• A telephone conference option will also be available should you choose not to use the webinar platform.

If you plan to log into the online webinar system to view the presentation, access captioning and/or submit questions it is important that you follow the instructions for checking your computer system to ensure that it is configured correctly and you have the necessary software to access the webinar platform.

Individuals who are using Screen Reader Software should review the instructions and information available in the Accessibility Guide for Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing prior to the session.
