Linda Dardarian is a partner in Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho, a national leader representing plaintiffs in civil rights and other public interest class actions. She both practices Structured Negotiation and complex litigation. Linda was a lead negotiator of the largest-ever disability access class action settlement, Willits v. City of Los Angeles, valued in excess of $1.4 billion.
Together, Lainey and Linda shared the California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (CLAY) award for disability rights in 2014 for their work representing the blind community in Structured Negotiation. Linda was co-counsel with Lainey on many of the cases described in Structured Negotiation: A Winning Alternative to Lawsuits.
