The Business of Consulting Workshop is a one-day, fully immersive consulting session with me, Paul Klein, Principal with CalCasp, Inc.
Part master-class and part workshop, the Business of Consulting Workshop will take you under the hood of building a successful ADA/CASp consulting brand, not only analyzing the work I do for some of today’s biggest brands, but more importantly, how those tactics and strategies can help you achieve the attention and objectives your business deserves.
Workshop will be tailored to the needs of this individual group and will have you leaving with all the practical business advice and tools to start and scale your business.
The day will be filled with short lessons, best practices, action steps, and conversations in all the areas related to setting up your ADA/CASp consultancy.

Sessions include a collection of deep dives into Business Set Up, Consulting Arrangements, Service Agreements, Insurance, Marketing Strategy, and more.
This workshop is reserved to a small group of no more than 12 people to ensure an intimate environment which can mold to attendees and their respective goals.
