The National Council on Disability (NCD), an independent federal agency, will hold its next quarterly meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 11-12. PUBLIC COMMENT SESSION: NCD will receive public comment during a Town Hall on the topic of Charter Schools & Vouchers in the context of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) during the meeting on Thursday, May 11 between 2 PM and 3 PM, Central Time. To provide public comment individuals are encouraged to attend in person or call-in during this time.
