Overview
On May 9, 2015, the U.S. Department of Justice issued a “Supplemental Advance Notice Of Proposed Rulemaking” regarding website accessibility under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which applies to state and local governments. In this notice, the Department of Justice raised a number of questions related to how it should enforce the ADA with regard to the accessibility of websites for state and local governments. This webinar will discuss the notice and ways that entities can provide comment on the important issues that the notice raises.
