R204.1 General. Pedestrian access routes shall be provided in accordance with R204 and shall comply with R302.
Advisory R204.1 General. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued guidance on the obligations of state and local governments to keep pedestrian access routes open and usable throughout the year, including snow and debris removal.
