C202 Functional Performance Criteria (Section-by-Section Analysis)

C202.1 General (Section-by-Section Analysis)

This section proposes that when the technical provisions of Chapter 4 and 5 do not address one or more features of covered ICT, the features not addressed must conform to the Functional Performance Criteria specified in Chapter 3. This proposed section is consistent with 255 Guidelines §1193.41.
