Within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Agreement, the City shall ensure that its employment opportunities website and job applications contained therein conform to, at a minimum, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA Success Criteria and other Conformance Requirements (“WCAG 2.0 AA”). The WCAG 2.0 AA is available at: http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/.
