14. NONDISCRIMINATION. For the term of this Consent Decree, HWI, by and through its officials and employees, shall not engage in any practice that discriminates against any individual on the basis of disability in violation of Title III of the ADA in the provision of lodging and related services, including in the new construction or alteration of an Owned Hotel, Managed Hotel, or Joint Venture Hotel. HWI shall include in all franchise agreements entered into after the Effective Date, including renewals of existing agreements, a statement that franchisees shall comply with Title III of the ADA.
