Description
How many times have we seen elements in the built environment installed and/or constructed incorrectly? There is nothing worse than having to tell someone that they have to rip it out and start over. This is costly and leads to frustration with the disabled access requirements. In many cases this can be remediated with an effective plan review prior to construction where changes and corrections are less costly. In this course we will start with the basics of plan reading, scoping and how to identify violations of both State and Federal Access requirements on a set of plans. We have 3 project types that we will be going through including plan review exercises.
