HOCTIL is a community-based, non-profit, non residential service, advocacy and training organization operated for persons with disabilities by persons with disabilities.
HOCTIL advocates for equal integrated access to community services, programs, activities and resources relating to persons with disabilities.
HOCTIL advocates for persons with disabilities to participate actively in their community.
HOCTIL serves people with disabilities and their families in Bell, Coryell, McLennan and Hill counties.
