Now, The HSC Foundation has partnered with the George Washington University to expand the content of this resource and to designate it as the official resource website of The HSC Foundation’s National Youth Transitions Center.
The HEATH Resource Center is a web-based clearinghouse that serves as an information exchange of educational resources, support services and opportunities. The HEATH Resource Center gathers, develops and disseminates information in the form of resource papers, fact sheets, website directories, newsletters, and resource materials.

What is Heath?
The HEATH Resource Center is an online clearinghouse on postsecondary education for individuals with disabilities. Since 2000, the HEATH Resource Center has served as a national clearinghouse on postsecondary education for individuals with disabilities, managed by The George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Now, The HSC Foundation has partnered with The George Washington University to expand the content of this resource and to designate it as the official site of The HSC Foundation's National Youth Transitions Center.
HEATH participates in national conferences, training sessions, and workshops; develops training modules; publishes resource papers, fact sheets, directories, and website information; and fosters a network of professionals in the arena of disability issues.
HEATH responds annually to thousands of electronic mail. HEATH resource papers, fact sheets, guides, and directories focus on topics such as accessibility, career development, classroom and laboratory accommodations, financial aid, independent living, transition resources, training and postsecondary education, career-technical education, and rehabilitation services.
The HEATH Resource Center gathers and disseminates information to help people with disabilities reach their full potential through postsecondary education and training.
