Our mission is:

Promote ICT access to existing and emerging technologies for all people regardless of ability; and

Develop and validate ICT applications to improve the capacity for independent living and community participation.
The goals from the LiveWell RERC will be the incorporation of universal design features in mainstream ICT, and improved interfaces to ICT access.
Outcomes from the LiveWell RERC for populations of users will be greater independence and personal autonomy, improved health and freedom from harm, improved satisfaction with life quality, and reduced caregiver burden or improved caregiver life quality outcomes.
