Location: El Paso, TX.
Our mission is to preserve and revitalize houses and communities, assuring that low income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly and disabled, live in warmth, safety, and independence. Our goal is to make a sustainable impact in partnership with communities. While some affiliates provide year-round services, all affiliates plan and prepare for National Rebuilding Day, typically held on the last Saturday in April. The national organization is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and promotes the replication and coordination throughout the United States. We receive support from Rebuilding Together National with board and staff development, marketing, communications, and financial management.
Together we transfer the lives of low income and/or disabled homeowners by improving the safety and health in their home and by revitalizing their communities, as to extend the opportunity to live a decent and independent life in their own home.
Community Starts At Home
Rebuilding Together El Paso believes that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home. Our focus provides critical repairs, accessibility modifications and energy-efficient updates to low-income homes and community centers at no cost to recipients. Our impact extends beyond the individuals served to revitalize and stabilize vulnerable neighborhoods and communities across the country. Our 200 local affiliates complete 10,000 rebuild projects a year thanks to the efforts of nearly 200,000 volunteers from corporate partners, skilled trades professionals and everyday good citizens.
