ThinkWork is a coordinated effort of state and federal grant initiatives that promote employment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
ThinkWork is housed at the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. For over 40 years, ICI has worked to ensure that people with disabilities have the same opportunities as those without disabilities to participate in everyday activities and in all aspects of the community. ThinkWork is the hub for ICI’s projects that promote integrated employment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
