Description: The Mental Health & Wellness Counselor/Disability Support Services Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month position, responsible for mental health counseling services and student wellness initiatives on campus while also supporting the career-focused mission of the institution and the overall goal of increasing retention and graduation rates. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, outreach, consultation, disability support services, and programming. The Counselor/Coordinator will work with one additional Counselor and other members of the Student Affairs team to offer support services, facilitate student success, foster a campus community, and develop ethically- and socially-aware citizens.
