Take a Survey: User Needs for Information Communication, Earn $25 Amazon Card

The LiveWell RERC invites you to participate in the 2016 Survey of User Needs for Information Communication Technology, or SUN-ICT. 

Make your voice heard regarding the usability and usefulness of your consumer technology (Information and Communication Technology - ICT).

The SUN-ICT is our cornerstone survey of how people with all types of disabilities use technology. It also asks about how well you are able to do participate in everyday activities like working, going to school, managing the home, and socializing.

The information collected from this survey will be used to help researchers, designers, and engineers create new ICT solutions to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

Please consider completing the questionnaire. You can participate on the web or on the phone; or we can send you a paper copy with a postage paid return envelope.  As an incentive to fully complete the survey we are offering respondents a $25 Amazon gift card. You must include your contact information (name and email) and click "Submit" at the end of the questionnaire in order for us to send you the gift card.
