Door Transmitter (BE1411)
Door Transmitter (BE1411)
- Picks up the sound from the existing doorbell. Use the self-adhesive tape on the back of the transmitter (or the attached screws) to place the Door transmitter no more than 1.2" (3 cm) away from the existing doorbell sound output. Also, the 3.5mm ext. trig inputs can be connected to, for example, the Contact Mat, Magnetic Switch, and a hardwired doorbell.
- When triggered, the Door Transmitter sends radio signals to the Visit system receiver(s) which alerts the people in the environment to the event.
- Can be hardwired to an existing doorbell or other devices with a relay current or passive switches. See data sheet for further details.
- Can be connected to the Visit External Microphone (BE9199 or BE9200) to pick up the sound of the existing doorbell.
- Wireless Coverage: 98 - 260 ft (30 – 80 m), depending on the building’s characteristics and the combination of transmitters and receivers.
