The pictured example vanity using the stock bracket and dimensions shown in section view may not provide the required minimum 8" deep knee clearance at 27" AFF under the vanity top (306) while keeping the counter/rim at 34" AFF maximum (606.3); and it may require more than 8" minimum knee clearance to provide the extended depth clear floor space required to reach the lavatory controls or accessories (308). One would need to design appropriately considering the counter top depth, basin, sink controls, and related accessories such as soap and towels to be fully ADA compliant.
