Hi Everyone.

I have a question about a private suite in a multi-tenant commercial office building. The suite has a restroom and the way I see it, the clearance around the toilet, grab bars and plumbing fixtures are not code compliant. Three persons occupy the suite. The building was originally constructed in the '80s and had gone various renovations along the way. Since this is in a private suite, does this restroom need to comply with 11B-603?
