Product Description
A state-of-the-art pocket door framing kit designed for installation of the popular HAWA Junior 40/Z and 80/Z sliding door hardware for door weights of up to either 40 kg (88 lbs.) or 80 kg (176 lbs.)
The cold formed, zinc-plated steel studs of the pocket door framing kit ensure a stronger pocket wall that won’t warp while the color matched header provides a more professional look. The smooth operating hardware will delight homeowners with ease of operation and installers will appreciate fewer callbacks over the long haul.
Our pocket door framing kit creates a simple and straightforward installation and is suitable for sliding doors in residential settings (such as dining area/living area dividers, master bedroom/bath, and entryways from kitchens) and commercial applications where pocket doors are required.
The pocket door framing kit is ADA compliant. When installed the sliding hardware requires less than the 5 lbf. (22.2 N) mandated opening and closing force per ADA.
