Note: CapTel currently provides 2 versions of its captioning phone. The units appear the same. The difference is how they connect to the captioning service. The CapTel 840 requires an analog/standard phone line or analog port on a PBX digital system; whereas the CapTel 840i requires a phone line and Internet connection.
