Product Description
Secure Handle on Heavy Doors
Push/pull handle sets can be used on emergency exits at which a panic situation is not to be expected, because the people in the building are familiar with the exits (EN 179). They are particularly advisable for heavy doors, as with the push/pull handle set they can be opened effortlessly with one hand. Push/pull handles are not only suitable as emergency exit devices, they also enable accessible ease of use at a variable gripping height.
Flexible Gripping Height
Easy to Use
DIN 18040 recommends an operating height of 85 cm, so that wheelchair users and small children can also open heavy doors easily. This makes actuating the lever handle inconvenient for tall people and rollator or wheeled walker users. A suitable solution is push/pull handle sets – they enable a flexible gripping height of 75 to 120 cm.
