Product Overview

• Used on entry doors and doors between the house and garage
• Designed for use on out swinging or in swinging wood or metal doors up to 1-3/8" thick
• Hold open feature
• Fully adjustable closing speeds

Grade 1 Closer for Heavy Use Applications

• Designed for use in high frequency rapid door swing applications such as schools, hopitals or commercial buildings

• Conforms to ANSI/BHMA Standard A156.4 - 2000 Grade 1

• UL listed

• Spring power is adjustable from size 2 through 6 with more than 50% adjustment over size 6

• Controls the door through the entire opening and closing cycles by providing adjustable backcheck upon opening and adjusting general latch speeds through the closing cycle

• Backcheck, general and latch speeds are equipped with non-critical “v-slot” regulating valves which allow for fine tune adjustments

• Non-handed

• All season fluid eliminates the need for seasonal adjustments

• Cylinder body made of high silicon aluminum alloy to exceed the ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 requirement

• Includes tri-pack mounting hardware for regular, top-jamb and parallel arm arrangements
