TownSteel MS Series, Grade 1 Escutcheon, with Indicator Mortise Locks

The MS series Mortise Lock  with Indicator is BHMA A156.13-2012 certified Grade 1, and UL 10C 3-hour rated. The escutcheon is 29/64" in projection, 8-5/32" in height and 2-9/32" in width. Available in three types Labels - "SECURE/UNSECURE", "OCCUPIED/VACANT", and " LOCKED/UNLOCKED. Both clutched and non-clutched mortise chassis are available. Many lever designs to select from.

The MS series Mortise Lock with Indicator is designed for High Traffic commercial areas such as hotels, office buildings, and industrial complexes. It offers "SECURE/UNSECURE", "OCCUPIED/VACANT",  and "LOCKED/UNLOCKED" three types labels. Both Clutched and Non-Clutched mortises are available. 8 commercial levers to select from.
