TownSteel MS Series, Grade 1 With "W" Escutcheon Mortise Locks

The MS series Mortise Lock is BHMA A156.13-2012 certified Grade 1, and UL 10C 3-hour rated. The "W" Escutcheon is 8- 5/32" in height and 2-41/64"  in width. It's specially designed to cover extra holes of exiting door prep. Both clutched and non-clutched mortise chassis are available. 8 commercial lever and knob in 8 BHMA finishes to select from.
The MS series Mortise Lock is designed for High Traffic commercial areas such as schools, universities, office buildings and industrial complexes. It offers 40 types of trim combinations available in 8 BHMA finishes, plated or stainless steel. Most BHMA functions are available in both Clutched and Rigid configurations.
