"Capturing Communication For You"
Our business mission is to bring high quality video remote interpreting to consumers who have no or limited access to nationally certified Sign Language interpreters in rural areas. We also service urban locations where the cost of onsite interpreters with two hour minimums and travel fees cause an undo burden for companies, agencies or schools. Virtual VRI offers the most reasonable hourly rates in the VRI industry!
We take great pride in our exceptional, personalized customer service, treating consumers with care and respect. Communication is a basic human need, and Virtual VRI is proud to be an integral link between the Deaf and hearing worlds.
Video Remote Interpreting is a cutting edge "green" way of providing Sign Language interpreting for consumers who are Deaf and hearing in the same location. All that is required is a computer/webcam, access to high speed internet and to download webconferencing software. The hearing employer, doctor, counselor, school etc., pays for the service to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Process for utilizing Virtual VRI services:
-

-
Virtual VRI must get approval from hearing provider (doctor, employer, counselor etc) before the appointment or meeting to arrange for payment of the service.
-
Whomever has the laptop will download secure webconferencing software (call for details).
-
