The Ligature Resistant Faucet is designed and developed to retrofit existing lavatories or it can be specified for new design. The Ligature Resistant Faucet is arranged to be mounted to the deck of the lavatory. Faucet assembly requires two 1.5 inch diameter holes. For retrofit into three hole lavatory decks, a plug with a stainless steel top is provided. As loose components, the spout and pushbutton may be installed with any centerset spacing, however, 4, 6 or 8 inch centersets are suggested. Conical faucet is chrome plated brass and provides vandal and suicide resistance. Conical 9 VDC infrared sensor is electronically operated with a supplied AC transformer (-BAT option provides a DC battery pack); Metering, non-hold open type Acorn Air-Control valves are provided; 0.7 gpm flow control.
