As the principal CASp inspector, I have performed over 2,100 accessibility compliance inspections of commercial properties, publicly owned facilities, multi-family properties, and detention facilities. I have provided accessibility inspections for clients throughout the United States. Certifications held include Certified Access Specialist (CASp #634) by the State of California, Division of the State Architect, in addition to being a nationally certified inspector through the International Code Council.
