Directional visual sign vs. room identification tactile sign

Re: ADA Sign Depot Wheelchair Accessible Restroom Sign with Directional Arrow - Tactile Text, Symbols, and Grade 2 Braille

Just a clarification comment on this particular sign.  The arrow appears to indicate that this specific sign is a directional sign pointing toward the location of an accessible toilet room.  If that is how this sign is used, it would be classified as a "visual" sign, and would require conformance with the ADA Standards section 703.5, and would not require the raised lettering and Braille ("tactile" sign).  Nothing would prohibit the use of a tactile sign as a visual sign, but for clarity sake, the raised characters and the Braille is simply not required.
