I've used many different UE cycle machines - this one is by far the most comfortable, whether using the seat provided or my wheelchair, and the easiest to use. I'm short, around 4'8", and with many UE cycles it seems like my nose and face are right up against the unit in order to be able to reach without causing shoulder or neck issues, which is awkward and uncomfortable.
This machine also provides a very smooth movement and the ability to adjust the height of the crank in order to target different muscle groups is something I just haven't found in other equipment.
The handles are also very comfortable for extended workouts.
