Product Description
Designer Margaret McCurry started with steel side frames that recall platform swings. Her inspiration for the seating was a picket fence around a Victorian era cottage and reflections of forms in the outdoor environments. In the Lakeside bench, as in her architecture, the linkage is artfully transformed so, as she puts it, "the history and memory are there, but they're jogged a bit."
- Frames are dual 1/4" thick steel, welded and bolted together with stainless steel hardware
- Available backed or backless
- End arms standard on backed benches
- Freestanding/surface mount support standard for both styles
- Benches ship fully assembled
Picket Fence Style:
- Refer to materials/colors link on this page to view standard selections
- FSC® certified woods available
- Seat and back slats are factory attached to the steel bench frame with stainless steel hardware
Plasma-cut Metal Style:
- Metal seat/back panels are plasma cut with grass or leaf designs, bolted to bench frame
- CUSTOM patterns may be created for bench seat/backs and coordinating receptacles
- Landscape Forms plasma-cutting technology enables designers to create their own vocabulary of patterns, lines or logos
- Design professionals provide electronic CAD drawings which are programmed into our technology driven tool to precision cut into seat/back panels
